Biographical Sketch

Kasy grew up in Circleville, Ohio on a mini-farm out in the suburbs. In 1993 she graduated from Logan Elm High School and went on to receive her bachelor's degree in Photo Illustration from Ohio University in 1998. After college she took an apprenticeship at Burke/Triolo Productions, a commercial food photography studio in Culver City, California. During her stay there she learned the tricks of the trade of becoming a food stylist and at the same time fell deeply in love with Los Angeles.

After returning to Circleville, she landed a job at Eclipse Studios, a commercial photography studio in Gahanna, Ohio that specializes in still photography for advertising and marketing. She started out as a receptionist and quickly climbed the ladder to be the studio manager and producer. Even though her background is mostly commercial, she has a passion for wedding photography. She has been shooting weddings for nine years, and she strives to be the best wedding photographer possible.

Kasy now lives in Grove City, Ohio with her husband Matt, her 6-year-old son Ty David, and her 1-year-old son Trace Edward.
